1. Returns & Exchanges
Because our products are food items, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used packages due to safety and hygiene regulations.
However, we will gladly assist you in the following cases:
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect (wrong item sent)
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
Once verified, we will offer:
- A replacement product, or
- A full refund to your original payment method
Unopened & Unused Items
Unopened, sealed, and unused products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for:
- A refund, or
- Store credit
Returned items must:
- Be in original packaging
Be unused and in resellable condition
2. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account (depending on your bank or payment provider).
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
3. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.
