Thank you for shopping with CHAVI! Our goal is to deliver your fresh snacks and drinks quickly, safely, and reliably. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipping timelines, delivery fees, international shipping (if available), and everything you need to know about receiving your CHAVI products.
1. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days after they are placed.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
- If there are any delays, we’ll notify you via email.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes
After processing, your order will be shipped via trusted carriers. Delivery time depends on your location and selected shipping option:
Standard Shipping:
Estimated delivery: 3-7 business days
Expedited Shipping (if available):
Estimated delivery: 1-3 business days
Please note that these are estimates, and actual delivery times may vary based on carrier performance and external conditions (weather, holidays, etc.).
3. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on your delivery address and selected shipping method. You’ll see the final shipping cost at checkout before you complete your order.
- Free standard shipping available on orders that meet the minimum cart value (if applicable, specify threshold if desired).
- Expedited shipping fees vary based on destination and carrier.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, we’ll send you a confirmation email with tracking information so you can check delivery status anytime.
If you do not receive tracking updates within 1–2 days after placing your order, please contact us.
5. Shipping Restrictions
- We currently ship only to valid street addresses, no P.O. Boxes, in some regions (dependent on carrier).
- Some remote locations may incur additional delivery time.
- If your order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, return to sender,or failed delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.
6. International Shipping
At this time, CHAVI ships to addresses within the United States only (or update if international shipping is offered).
For international orders:
If your region is supported, customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
7. Lost or Delayed Packages
We know how frustrating it is when a package doesn’t arrive on time.
- If tracking shows your order is delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with neighbors or your carrier first.
- If your order is confirmed lost by the carrier, contact us, and we’ll assist you with filing a claim and arranging a replacement or refund.
